Creation of botanical gardens including trees, drought tolerant shrubs, new drip irrigation, decorative rock areas consisting of a dry riverbed, stabilized decomposed granite path, decomposed granite groundcover, boulders and gold rip-rap. Scope of work also included aesthetic mounding and concrete seat walls.
